Implementation Partner & Sales & Implementation Partner Programme
Effective Date: 1 February 2026This Service Delivery Agreement governs the delivery of implementation services by Bennovate partners. It applies to Implementation Partners and Sales & Implementation Partners who carry out Avantwerk platform implementations for clients.
This Service Delivery Agreement applies to two partner types who carry out Avantwerk platform implementations:
Service delivery only. Receives client referrals from Bennovate. No sales responsibility. Earns service fees only.
Sells AND implements. Acquires own clients. Full sales responsibility. Earns commissions + service fees.
Both partner types receive service fees for delivering implementation work. The fee rate is determined by performance against KPIs.

Implementation Service Fee: up to 30%. The service fee (up to 30% of the package value) is payable for delivering implementation services. The actual rate depends on KPI performance — consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs qualifies a partner for the maximum 30% rate.
Note for S&I Partners: This service fee is in addition to subscription sales commissions. Where a partner both sells AND implements, both forms of remuneration are earned.

The service fee is calculated on the price actually paid by the client.
The base service fee is 20% of the package value, paid upon client go-live acceptance. Two independent KPI bonuses may increase this to a maximum of 30%:
NPS score ≥ 8/10 (or ≥ 90% satisfaction) at go-live. Responsive communication throughout the implementation — first contact within 48 hours, responses within 1 business day, weekly progress updates.
Zero critical bugs reported within the 30-day warranty period. Clean handover with all configurations documented and QA-reviewed before go-live.
Delivery Quality Requirements (all implementations): All implementations must meet Avantwerk quality standards, pass QA review before client handover, and include responsive support during the hypercare period (7–30 days, 4-hour response SLA during business hours). These are baseline requirements — the KPI bonuses above reward excellence beyond the baseline.
Platform setup and go-live, CRM and sales pipeline configuration, workflow automation setup, website and funnel creation, email and SMS templates, AI chatbot configuration, client training, hypercare support period.
Avantwerk platform certification (or willingness to complete training), knowledge of Avantwerk modules, ability to configure automations, basic web design skills, client-facing communication skills, project management ability.
Upon successful project completion and client sign-off at the end of the hypercare period.
Bank transfer within 14 days of project completion approval.
The partner invoices Bennovate directly for their service fees.
Both Implementation Partners and S&I Partners operate as independent contractors, not employees.
This means:
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Bennovate sp. z o.o. is incorporated in Poland (KRS 0000597272) and all partner agreements are governed by Polish law, with UK GDPR and Consumer Rights Act 2015 compliance maintained where applicable.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Łódź, Poland. Partners retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable consumer protection law so permits.
Data Protection Note: Processing of personal data in connection with this Agreement is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement will be entered into between the parties.
