1. Purpose of This Statement

At Bennovate, we believe in full transparency. This Income Disclosure Statement provides information about potential earnings for participants in our Partner Programme, enabling you to make an informed decision about joining.

We are committed to ethical business conduct and compliance with consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the FCA's financial promotion rules where applicable.

2. No Guaranteed Income

Bennovate does not guarantee any level of income or success. Your earnings depend entirely on your own sales activities, time invested, skills, and market conditions. Participation in the Bennovate Partner Programme does not guarantee any income whatsoever. Many participants may earn little or nothing at all.

3. Commission Structure

Bennovate offers three partner programme types: Affiliate, Sales, and Sales & Implementation. Within each type, commission rates increase as you reach higher performance tiers (Junior, Standard, Pro, Elite) based on the number of active subscriptions maintained.

3.1 Affiliate Programme

Earn recurring commissions on Avantwerk subscriptions you refer:

3.2 Sales Partner Programme

Earn commissions on subscriptions and implementation packages:

Note: Sales Partners also earn network commissions (5% Level 2 + 5% Level 3) once they reach 5 active subscriptions (Standard tier).

3.3 Sales & Implementation Partner Programme

For partners who independently deliver implementation services:

Subscriptions

20% – 30% MRR (lifetime). Same tier structure as Sales Partner.

Implementation

Up to 30% of package value. Subject to KPI performance (20% base + up to 10% bonus).

Network

5% Level 2 + 5% Level 3. Unlocks from 5 active subscriptions (Standard tier).

The following examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of any level of earnings.

Note: All figures below are in GBP and are based on UK market Avantwerk subscription prices (£89/mo to £499/mo). Average subscription value used per scenario reflects a realistic mid-range mix of plans.

5. Key Disclosures

5.1 No Purchase Required

Joining the programme is free. Partners are not required to purchase products, starter kits, or maintain any stock inventory.

5.2 Commissions Based on Sales

All commissions are earned on actual product sales to end customers. Commissions are not paid solely for recruiting new partners.

5.3 Network Commissions Require Proven Sales

Level 2 and Level 3 network commissions are only unlocked after demonstrating sales ability by maintaining at least 5 active subscriptions.

5.4 Income Varies Significantly

Partner income varies considerably. Some partners achieve high earnings whilst others earn little or nothing. Success requires consistent effort and sales ability.

5.5 Tax Obligations

Partners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, including income tax, National Insurance contributions, and VAT registration where applicable. Partners should complete a Self-Assessment tax return for earnings from this programme.
